Conceptually designed a refurbished regional air mobility aircraft system to operate in a firefighting role and drop 3000+ gallons of water in one flight cycle.

The design process included a system requirements review, a system design review, and a final conceptual design review.

I created performance reports of our aircraft at various points during the design. Performance reports took into the account propulsion system, the aerodynamic capabilities at various flight modes within the mission (cruise, takeoff, landing, etc), and the overall carrying capacity to determine the amount of water that can be delivered and the associated fuel burn with the delivery.
